- Account data: surname, first name, email address, password or login credentials, account preferences, language, time zone and information associated with your profile.
- Business profile data: information you enter to personalize your use of Content Map, including your activity, niche, audience, positioning, offers, goals, tone of voice, content topics or any other information useful for adapting generated results.
- Platform usage data: decoded content, imported links, entered texts, generated scripts, created ideas, editorial calendars, analyses, usage history, saved content, favorites, notes and generation settings.
- Credit data: subscription plan, number of credits granted, credits used, remaining credits, credit usage history, renewal dates and limits associated with your offer.
- Purchase data: subscribed plan, subscription status, payment history, receipts, invoices, renewals, cancellations and refund requests. Full payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored directly by us.
- Support communications: messages you send to support@gbcrea.com or through any other support channel made available, including attachments, screenshots or information provided to resolve a request.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: device type, browser, operating system, app or site version, language, time zone, pages viewed, features used, actions taken, login dates and times, errors encountered and interaction events.
- Technical data: IP address, technical identifiers, session information, server logs, request timestamps, error traces, performance data and information necessary for the security of the Service.

You remain responsible for the information you transmit to the platform.
We recommend that you do not enter confidential, sensitive, strategic or third-party information if you are not authorized to use it.
When certain features rely on artificial intelligence tools or providers, the data necessary for processing may be transmitted to these providers to generate the requested result.

13. Account deletion

Account deletion may result in the deletion or anonymization of associated information, including your saved content, history, preferences, generated results and usage data.
Some information may be retained when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, ensure the security of the Service or keep accounting and contractual evidence.
Deleting the account does not necessarily automatically cancel a subscription if it is managed by a third-party payment provider. The user must ensure that the subscription has been cancelled from their account or through the relevant payment system.
13.1 Instagram / Facebook (Meta) data
Content Map no longer offers Instagram account connection through the Meta API (Instagram Graph API). Any data previously collected through that connection (access tokens, post statistics, comments, messages, content associations) has been deleted from our systems and is no longer collected. The Service relies solely on the public information of the accounts you enter or analyze.
If you had authorized the application from your Meta / Facebook account, you can remove that authorization at any time: "Settings & privacy" → "Settings" → "Apps and websites". For any question, write to support@gbcrea.com.
14. Communications
We may send you communications related to the operation of the Service, including:
- Account creation emails.
- Order confirmation emails.
- Information about your subscription.
- Payment or failed payment notifications.
