To access The Content Map, the user must create an account.
When creating the account, the user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity carried out from their account.
The user undertakes not to share their credentials with any third party, except with WANY ONLINE LP's prior written authorization.
In case of suspected fraudulent use, loss of access, account compromise or unauthorized use, the user must promptly contact support at: support@gbcrea.com.
We cannot be held liable for the consequences of fraudulent or unauthorized use of the account when it results from the user's failure to meet their security obligations.
8. Offers and subscriptions
The Content Map is offered as paid subscriptions, except for any free offer, trial period, promotional access or specific offer indicated on the sales page or checkout page.
Each subscription may include:
- Access to the platform.
- Access to certain features.
- A defined volume of credits.
- Usage limits.
- Specific resources or content.
- Features reserved to the chosen plan.
The characteristics of each offer, in particular the price, billing period, included features, available credits and any limitations, are indicated on the sales page or checkout page before the order is confirmed.
The information displayed on the checkout page at the time of the order prevails over any prior communication, except in case of manifest error.
9. How credits work
Some features of The Content Map work with a credit system.
Each subscription gives access to a set number of credits, according to the plan chosen by the user.
Credits allow the use of certain platform features, such as decoding content, generating scripts, adapting content, creating ideas, analyzing content or any other feature that consumes credits.
The number of credits consumed may vary depending on the feature used, the type of content processed, the volume of data, the complexity of the request or the parameters chosen by the user.
Credits have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, resold, transferred to another user, refunded or converted into another product or service.
Unless otherwise stated in the subscribed offer, credits are granted for the current subscription period.
Unless otherwise stated, credits unused at the end of a subscription period are not automatically carried over to the next period.
In case of subscription cancellation, the user generally keeps access to their remaining credits until the end of the period already paid, except in case of breach of these Terms.
At the effective end of the subscription, unused credits may be lost.
WANY ONLINE LP reserves the right to change the credit system, the credit cost of certain features or the number of credits included in future offers. In case of a significant change affecting an offer already subscribed, the affected users will be informed within a reasonable time.
10. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the sales page or checkout page at the time of the order.
Prices may be indicated in euros or in any other offered currency.
Depending on the user's country of residence, consumer or professional status, billing address and applicable tax rules, taxes may be included in the displayed price or added at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Price changes do not apply retroactively to periods already paid.
In case of a price change for an ongoing subscription, the user will be informed before the new price applies, where required by applicable law.
11. Payment
Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the order page.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. WANY ONLINE LP does not directly store full payment card details.
By subscribing to a paid offer, the user authorizes the payment provider to charge the amount corresponding to the chosen offer, at the frequency indicated at the time of the order.
The user undertakes to use a valid payment method and to hold the necessary authorizations to use it.
In case of a declined, expired, disputed, fraudulent or incomplete payment, access to the Service may be suspended or terminated until the situation is resolved.
12. Immediate access after payment
After payment confirmation, the user gets immediate access to The Content Map, subject to receipt of payment, account creation and the proper technical functioning of the platform.
Access immediately allows the use of the features included in the chosen offer, as well as the credits associated with the subscription.
By subscribing to a paid offer, the user acknowledges that The Content Map is a digital service supplied immediately after purchase.
Where required by applicable law, the user may be asked, at the time of the order, to expressly accept immediate access to the Service before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and to acknowledge that this immediate access may result in the loss of their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the rules applicable to digital content and services.
This acceptance may take the form of a separate checkbox on the checkout page.
13. Automatic renewal
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of the order, subscriptions renew automatically at each billing date.
The renewal frequency depends on the chosen offer, for example monthly or yearly.
By subscribing, the user agrees that the subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
The subscription amount is charged automatically at each billing date, unless cancelled beforehand.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time according to the terms set out in these Terms.
14. Subscription cancellation
The user may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation can be done directly from the user area, through a dedicated feature allowing the subscription to be cancelled simply.
When the user clicks the cancellation feature, they may be asked to confirm their request to avoid accidental cancellation.
Once cancellation is confirmed, the subscription is no longer renewed at the next billing date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period already paid, unless otherwise indicated or required by applicable law.
The user generally keeps access to the Service and remaining credits until the end of the current period, except in case of breach of these Terms.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund of the period already paid.
After the effective end date of the subscription, access to paid features may be suspended or limited, and unused credits may be lost.
In case of difficulty with cancellation, the user may contact support at: support@gbcrea.com.
15. Right of withdrawal
When the user acts as a consumer, they may benefit from a right of withdrawal in accordance with the law applicable in their country of residence.
However, since The Content Map is a digital service accessible immediately after purchase, the user may lose their right of withdrawal when the conditions set by law are met, in particular when they have expressly requested immediate access to the Service before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that this immediate performance results in the loss of their right of withdrawal.
Where this waiver applies, the user will not be able to request cancellation of their purchase under the right of withdrawal after having accessed the Service and started using the features or credits associated with their subscription.
If the right of withdrawal remains applicable in a given situation, the user may exercise it by contacting WANY ONLINE LP at: support@gbcrea.com.
The request must clearly state the intention to withdraw, as well as the surname, first name, email address used for the order and the offer concerned.

No automatic refund is due in case of non-use of the platform, partial use of credits, forgetting to cancel, change of mind, lack of time, mismatch with the user's personal expectations or results below the hoped-for objectives.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, in particular in case of double payment, technical billing error, lasting inability to access attributable to The Content Map or an applicable legal obligation.
Any request regarding a payment or refund must be sent to: support@gbcrea.com.
If a refund is granted, WANY ONLINE LP reserves the right to suspend or delete access to the Service, as well as to the credits, features, content or resources associated with the refunded offer.

These results are provided as an aid to creation, thinking and structuring.
They may contain errors, approximations, repetitions, unsuitable wording or suggestions that require human verification.
The user is solely responsible for proofreading, validating, adapting, publishing and making final use of the generated results.
The user must check that published content is accurate and consistent with their image, offers, professional obligations, the rules of the platforms used and applicable laws.
The Content Map does not guarantee that generated results will be original, high-performing, error-free, suitable for all situations or compatible with all marketing strategies.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, hosting problems, overload, cyberattack, failure of a third-party provider or events beyond our control.
Where possible, we will strive to limit the duration and impact of interruptions.

26. Changes to the Service
The Content Map is a platform that will evolve.
We may modify, improve, fix, add or remove certain features, content, interfaces or resources.
Some features may be launched in beta, experimental or progressive versions.

39. Governing law
Unless mandatory provisions applicable to certain users provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by Scottish law.
When the user acts as a consumer, the choice of Scottish law does not deprive them of the mandatory protections they may be entitled to under the law of their country of residence.
